To ensure a seamless ordering experience, we kindly ask that any
modifications to your order be submitted within 24 hours of
purchase. This allows our team to update the necessary details
promptly and ensure accurate processing.


Please note that if shipping details or special instructions are not
provided or corrected within this timeframe, TrueForm cannot be
held responsible for any additional costs that may arise. We
appreciate your support and understanding.


Delivery Timeframe: We take pride in providing fast and efficient
delivery services. Our estimated delivery timeframe for your orders
is between 5 to 10 business days. Please note that this timeframe is
calculated from the date your order is processed and may vary
depending on your location and external factors such as customs
clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Our shipping times (not including processing times) based on
country are as follows:

United States: 5-10 business days
International: 7-12 business days

NOTE: We do not ship orders over the weekend, therefore all orders
placed between Friday - Sunday will be shipped on the following
Monday under regular circumstances (non-holiday hours). Thank

Order Tracking: To keep you informed about the status of your
order, we provide order tracking facilities. Once your order is
dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation
email containing a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
