Our hair styling products produce high heat and strong airflow. When using them, you agree to:

- Keep the attachments, barrels, and other heated surfaces away from your skin, scalp, ears, eyes, and face. These surfaces can stay hot after use.
- Wear a heat-resistant glove if one is supplied or recommended, and use the styler only by holding the designated handle area.
- Turn off the power and allow the product to cool before attaching, removing, or replacing an attachment.
- Keep hair away from the air intake at the rear of the handle to prevent tangling, and do not block the intake.
- Style only hair that is mostly dry, use a heat protectant, and use the heat setting appropriate for your hair type.
- Keep the product away from water, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers. Do not use it with wet hands.
- Unplug the product after each use and let it cool fully before storing it.
- Do not use the product if the cord, plug, housing, or any attachment is damaged.
- Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. Do not leave it unattended while it is plugged in.
- Use the product only for its intended purpose, on human hair, and with the attachments supplied.

A slight odor during the first few uses can be normal as a new product breaks in. If you notice smoke, sparking, a burning smell, or overheating, stop using the product, unplug it, and contact us.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUEFORM SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURIES, OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE MISUSE OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING USE CONTRARY TO THEIR INSTRUCTIONS OR WARNINGS, ALTERATION OR UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR OF A PRODUCT, USE WITH INCOMPATIBLE ATTACHMENTS, ADAPTERS, OR POWER SOURCES, OR FAILURE TO SUPERVISE CHILDREN OR OTHER USERS. THIS INCLUDES BURNS, ELECTRICAL INJURY, TANGLED OR DAMAGED HAIR, SCALP OR SKIN IRRITATION, AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SAFETY AND FOR THE WAY YOU USE OUR PRODUCTS. BY USING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ASSUME THE INHERENT RISKS OF THEIR USE, INCLUDING THOSE DESCRIBED IN THESE TERMS AND IN THE PRODUCT'S INSTRUCTIONS. RESULTS VARY BY HAIR TYPE, HAIR CONDITION, AND TECHNIQUE, AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR STYLING RESULT, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN OUR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUEFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FOR OR USED BY OTHERS

IF YOU PURCHASE A PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER PERSON, OR GIVE, LEND, RESELL, OR OTHERWISE ALLOW ANOTHER PERSON TO USE A PRODUCT, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THAT PERSON WITH ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS SUPPLIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND WITH THE SAFETY INFORMATION IN THESE TERMS BEFORE THEY USE IT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD TRUEFORM HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM, LOSS, OR EXPENSE, INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES, ARISING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO PROVIDE THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS OR TO SUPERVISE A MINOR AS REQUIRED BY THIS SECTION.

NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS ANY RIGHT OR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, OR YOUR RIGHTS UNDER OUR 60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. THIS SECTION IS IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS.

SECTION 15 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify TrueForm and affiliates against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the rest will remain valid.
